The Las Vegas Club in Downtown Las Vegas will close up shop before midnight Wednesday and likely be reopened under a new name now that the D Las Vegas and Golden Gate Casino owners, Derek and Greg Stevens have agreed to purchase the aging casino building and land. Derek Stevens told local media that he will spend “a good few months” evaluating the property before deciding what to do with it. Grosvenor Portsmouth Set to Close August 9

The Grosvenor Casino, located on Osborne Road in Southsea, is reportedly closing August 9, 2015. A post on Wednesday June 24, 2015 indicated  the Portsmouth casino may be shutting down. The news was confirmed on insidermedia Friday. When the casino closes 50 people will lose their jobs. These workers are encouraged to apply at other casinos the company owns, including the Gunwharf Quays location (pictured). Carbon Poker Shutting Down Affiliate Program

Carbon Poker sent emails out to affiliates on Friday with bad news.  The site decided to stop offering its affiliate program effective June 1.  There is a silver lining.  Action given by players referred to Carbon Poker before June 1 will continue to generate revenue share for their affiliates. Caesars mulling Atlantic City closures

Bloomberg – Caesars Entertainment Corp. International Poker Network To Close May 28th

Casino News Authority – GTech’s International Poker Network has announced that it will be closing shop later this month, shutting itself down, except for in areas in which it works in nationally regulated markets. The network is set to cease operations on May 28th, and will impact the poker sites: PAF Diamond, Digibet, Paradise Poker, Poker Heaven, and Casino Club Poker.
