Golden Nugget New Jersey Granted Online License

The state Casino Control Commission has given a license for Golden Nugget New Jersey. They also conditionally approved a merger of Golden Nugget with an existing special purpose acquisition company already traded on the Nasdaq. Federal regulators must still approve the merger before it becomes final.
