On May 31, 2019 Twitch streamer and content creator Jaime Staples broke the news that several of his gambling content YouTube videos were removed from his channels overnight. At first, two videos were missing related to his My Ultimate Sweat Challenge where he was giving away a seat into the PokerStars Players’ Championship in the Bahamas in January of 2019. This number ballooned to a staggering 150 videos out of around 1,000 total in just a couple of days. YouTuber Charged with Advertising Unlawful Gambling

Two men have appeared in court charged with offenses under the Gambling Act in what is believed to be the first prosecution involving betting on video games. Craig Douglas and Dylan Rigby, who are both from Essex, are charged with promoting a lottery and advertising unlawful gambling. Mr Douglas makes gaming videos on YouTube under the pseudonym Nepenthez. He is also charged with inviting children to gamble. The two men appeared at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court. YouTube video shows details of Las Vegas Sands hacking

Las Vegas Review Journal – Someone claiming to be the hackers who knocked Las Vegas Sands Corp. off the Internet for nearly a week has posted an 11-minute video purporting to show stolen internal company information and taunting the international casino operator. The video was emailed to several media outlets and was posted to YouTube.com late Monday.
