iGaming Business – Gaming entertainment products supplier WMS Industries has reported a fall in fourth-quarter net income despite a significant increase in revenue associated with interactive products and services. Revenue for the quarter climbed to $203 million (€153 million) from $196 million a year ago, with interactive gaming products and services accounting for a rise of $16.2 million to $17.4 million year-on-year. Overall gaming operations revenue increased by about a third to $83.4 million. UK igaming search terms drop 34% in July

iGaming Business – Consumer online search volumes pertaining to sports betting, poker, bingo and casino, have suffered their sharpest drop yet in the UK, according to a report digital marketing agency Greenlight. Search habits made on Google UK during July revealed that the overall number of gaming-related searches dropped 34% to 995,830 on the 1,5 million figure achieved the month before and was the sharpest drop in search numbers since August 2012. New York Daily News – State Assembly Speaker Marilyn Kirkpatrick says the bill would target businesses that have been deemed sales tax exempt, such as outdoor concerts, boxing matches and pleasure houses.
