Social gaming company has agreed to a deal to acquire Superlabs, the incubator founded by chief executive officer Mark Pincus prior to his return to the firm earlier this year. As reported by iGaming Business, Pincus in April returned to the company that he founded after the departure of Don Mattrick as its chief executive. Norwegian Lottery Deal with Scientific Games
Gaming solutions provider Scientific Games has struck a deal to provide instant games and related marketing services to Norsk Tipping, the National Lottery of Norway. The three-year deal began in January of this year and will run until 2017, with the option for Norsk Tipping to extend for an additional term. Caesars Interactive Entertainment is the online gambling section of the Caesars Entertainment company, providing online gaming options for players located within the borders of New Jersey. The New Jersey Gaming Enforcement Division has fined the group $15,000 for an online gambling violation involving gamblers who are on the self-exclusion list of the state. Illegal Gambling Website Warning from Macau
The Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau, DICJ, issued a warning Friday, June 12, 2015 to the public regarding illegal gaming websites. Illegal gambling sites are claiming they are licensed and regulated by Macau’s government, without proper permissions. The government has not issued online gambling licenses to the companies claiming to be regulated. All gambling websites purported to be licensed by Macau are illegal.
