iGaming Business – US distributor KGM Gaming and gaming content developer Spin Games have successfully launched six new HTML games in the regulated New Jersey interactive gaming market. The six HTML5 games are part of the proprietary Video Poker Royale suite, which cinsists of Deuces Wild, Deuces Wild Elite, Double Double Regal Poker, Double Regal Poker and Regal Poker Deluxe. Global Report Calls Costa Rica a ‘Sports Betting Paradise’
The Costa Rica News – A detailed report released on Thursday in Paris, France, reveals that organized crime launders $140 billion annually through sports betting with 80% of transactions from illegal gambling. New Jersey could require stricter licensing for payment processors
Las Vegas Review Journal – New Jersey wants stricter licensing requirements for companies that handle Internet gambling deposits and payments, in the hope it would make banks more willing to let online bettors use credit cards. Banks’ reluctance to allow credit card use is one of the main things holding back the growth of New Jersey’s new Internet gambling industry. AGA pulls out of online gaming fight
Gaming Intelligence – Divisions between members over the regulation of online gambling in the US have seen the American Gaming Association (AGA) withdraw from lobbying efforts to legalise iGaming. The association’s chief executive Geoff Freeman explained that it would no longer lobby in favour of online gaming and recommend that companies should work in their own separate coalitions.
