Delaware & Nevada Interstate Online Poker Partnership
An agreement for Delaware and Nevada interstate online poker has been reached. Australians Can Now Gamble On Their Own Super Street Fighter IV Matches
Kotaku – This can only be a bad thing. Virgin Gaming is a service that essentially allows users to sign up and place real world bets on online games. It’s an automatic service that does all the heavy lifting for you and automatically deposits the cash in the right player’s account. It’s probably worth noting that gambling in video games is a bit of an odd issue. Dan Golding looked into this subject fairly extensively last year and found that it was relatively easy for underage…
Two California Online Poker Bills Introduced
Online Poker Report – On the day of the session deadline for the introduction of bills, two efforts to regulate online poker in California surfaced from the legislature. The first is effectively a re-introduction of SB 678, which was backed by the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. The bill number is listed as SB 1366. No sponsor is identified on the bill but I assume it’s State Sen. Lou Correa (D-34), who authored SB 678. AB 2291 is supported by a wide-ranging consortium of tribes, including the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians,…
