The new budget for the 2022 fiscal year includes plans for New York mobile sports betting. The announcement came as the state legislature and Governor agreed on an arrangement that could allow four online sports books to be operating in the state as soon as September. The sports betting license of Action 24/7 has been suspended by the state of Tennessee, where the company is based.
