No More Las Vegas Face Masks!

Yea, you read that headline correctly! There is no longer a Las Vegas face mask requirement for guests at casinos! But before you get too excited and starting booking your next trip, there are a few caveats which everyone should keep in mind. First, Nevada’s announcement of dropping the face mask requirement stated that “Effective immediately, individuals are no longer required to wear a mask in public indoor settings in licensed gaming establishments, unless a local jurisdiction still imposes such a requirement”. Tropicana Las Vegas Could be Demolished

Many of you already know that Bally’s Corporation agreed to purchase the Tropicana Las Vegas last April. The sale came to just over $300 million. That agreement was really for the land on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard than it was the deteriorating hotel and casino. The non-land assets were another $150 million. Now, with the deal set to finalize, Bally’s has publicly stated that they re considering many options for the property. The Venetian and Palazzo Sale Moves Forward

Sale of two iconic Las Vegas Strip casinos, the Venetian and Palazzo, has been unanimously approved by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. We originally reported this sale to Apollo Global and Vici Properties back in March of last year, but now things can begin to move forward. The approval from the Control Board means the agreement will now go before the Nevada Gaming Commission for a final approval February 17th. The legendary Horseshoe Casino brand is returning to Las Vegas as Bally’s Casino begins a transformation into the brand known for gaming, poker and making it right for the gambler.
