Nevada Casinos Legislation on Carrying Guns
Believe it or not, it seems you can open carry a gun in Nevada casinos. But if you do, you may not be welcomed. And a new bill in the state legislature could change the way these situations are handled. Right now, casino representatives must confront guests with firearms to ask them to disarm or leave. Florida Sports Betting Legalized
It took a special session and an agreement with the Seminole Tribe, but Florida sports betting has finally and officially been passed! It is the single largest expansion of gambling in the state… but don’t get too excited, yet. Residents of the state may have a bit of a wait before any actual sports wagering takes place. The agreement must also be approved by Federal regulators. The U.S. Department of Interior has just 45 days to review and approve the deal.
