An announcement earlier this week promises a William Hill Florida race book next month. It will be the organization’s first Florida operation in its 85-year history. A defensive player for the Arizona Cardinals currently on injured reserve has been suspended for the rest of this season, all of next season and perhaps beyond for betting on NFL games.
