Bally’s Las Vegas has finalized a multiphase construction timeline for its new resort on the Las Vegas Strip, with development scheduled to begin in the first half of 2026. The project will occupy the 35-acre site previously home to the Tropicana Las Vegas, which was demolished in late 2024. According to documents submitted to Clark County, the development will be integrated with a new 33,000-seat stadium for the Athletics Major League Baseball franchise. The Tropicana implosion finally happened. Now, attention has turned to the building of the new Bally’s Las Vegas and the baseball stadium it will share a lot with. Bally’s just revealed their ‘master plans’ for the property which show three hotel towers being built at the same time as the new stadium.
