Online gaming operator 888 has revealed that is has made an offer to acquire the entire issued and to-be issued capital of rival company bwin.party. The operator said in a statement that the acquisition would comprise cash and 888 shares. Poker News – According to a report by GamingIntelligence, bwin.party CEO Norbert Teufelberger and former bwin CEO Manfred Bodner have been acquitted of Internet gambling charges in France. Bwin.party extends online bingo supply deal with Dragonfish

iGaming Business – Dragonfish, the independent business-to-business arm of 888 Holdings, has signed a four-year extension to its supply agreement with Cashcade, the internet bingo subsidiary of online gaming operator bwin.party. Under the deal, bwin.party bingo brands such as Foxy Bingo and Cheeky Bingo will continue to run on the Dragonfish bingo platform.
