Red Rock Resorts has announced a $385 million investment for the next phase of expansion at Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas. The new development will be built on the north side of the existing property and will add roughly 275,000 square feet of new space. We first mentioned the Durango Casino in one of our weekly news videos back 2022 when it was still just an idea. The property has only been open since December of 2023, but already their owner, Station Casinos, in preparing for a $116 million expansion as part of the second phase of development.
