Fantasy Sports Legalized in Massachusetts

The future of daily fantasy sports (DFS) has been secured in Massachusetts after regulations were signed into law by the US state’s governor. DOJ had initially notified state regulators in March that such games were not permitted under Delaware law, and that state agencies shared the information with certain companies.
