Betting Apps Surge, Online Gambling Falls on Google

International Business Times – The UK spends £2.3bn ($4bn) on online gambling each year – a growth of 80% since 2008 and predicted to grow by 34% over the next four years. But a report reveals  that online searches for gambling have slumped in the UK. Smartphone gambling apps, on the other hand, have surged in popularity, report bookmakers.
