Ladbrokes and Playtech launch Live Dealer service

iGaming Business – UK bookmaker Ladbrokes has launched a new Live Dealer service in association with online casino software supplier Playtech. Under the arrangement, Ladbrokes will migrate to Playtech’s full range of gaming products in a move that it due to be completed in time for the 2014 Fifa World Cup national football tournament this summer. Ladbrokes hands digital marketing to Playtech

iGaming Business – UK bookmaker Ladbrokes has confirmed that it will not replace recently-departed customer experience director and chief marketer Stephen Vowles, but will instead hand leadership of its digital marketing division to partner online gaming software supplier Playtech. According to the Marketing Week magazine, the decision was taken after an internal review of Ladbrokes’ digital marketing operations. The two companies announced their partnership in March.
