As the world recovers from the pandemic, one sign of normalcy is the return of Las Vegas buffets at the MGM Grand and Caesars Palace. Beginning this week, guests at the MGM Grand will be able to eat to their hearts content, provided it’s between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. and Thursday through Monday.
