With the big game now in the books, the normally busy Super Bowl betting in Las Vegas was pretty quiet this year. Yet another victim of the Coronavirus pandemic. New Las Vegas Casinos COVID Restrictions

Just in time for the holidays, a fresh new set of Las Vegas casinos COVID restrictions have arrived. The Governor of Nevada made the announcement and said those restrictions would go into force tomorrow, November 24th, and past at least three weeks. Naturally, these restrictions do not effect online casinos, which remain open to customers. One of the new mandates under the Governor’s orders in that the capacity of casino has been reduced from 50%  occupancy to just 25%. Betfred Sportsbook Heads to Las Vegas

Get ready, Sin City! A Betfred sportsbook is being build inside the new Virgin Las Vegas hotel where the old Hard Rock Casino stood. The facility will be part of the Mohegan Sun Casino Las Vegas. The book will come complete with luxury seating, a state-of-the-art video wall, and over-the-counter wagering. It will also be the fourth American sportsbook for the company. Other locations include Iowa and Colorado, plus the company has plans to announce new state and tribal partnerships in 2021. Circa Las Vegas Opens on Fremont Street

They’ve been teasing us for months, and now Circa Las Vegas opens their doors of their “adults only” resort down on Fremont Street! Owner Derek Stevens says the hotel and casino is the world’s biggest sports betting complex with a six-pool rooftop swimming stadium. He expects to bring in thousands of players a day. Virgin Hotels & Mohegan Sun Hit Vegas in January

Virgin Hotels has announced that their property’s grand opening in Las Vegas has been set for January 15, 2021. Located in the space of the former Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, it will include a 60,000 square foot casino operated by Mohegan Sun. At a press event featuring property partners and investors the company said the revitalized property, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will open as Virgin Las Vegas on that date, being revealed on a digital mobile billboard.
