New Jersey gambling revenue is keeping pace with the rest of the country. The state of Nevada kept their streak of billion dollar months rolling along int he month of January, and gambling across America set a record of $5.5 billion at the same time. The Division of Gaming Enforcement has announced that New Jersey online gambling revenue gross win increased by 28% on a month-on-month basis during January 2014. New Jersey’s online gambling industry generated a total of £9.5 million (€6.9 million) during January, a significant increase on the $7.4 million achieved in December 2013. The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa proved to be the most successful of Atlantic City’s casinos in the online gaming market, having generated a total of $3.9 million in January. Betfair Promotes New Jersey Gambling Launch

Betfair kicked off its marketing campaign in the U.S. by touting its entry into the New Jersey gambling online marketplace. “Lets Play NJ.com” is sprawled across the top of Betfair’s new websites at BetfairNJ.com and LetsPlayNJ.com. New Facebook and Twitter accounts have also been established. A partnership with Atlantic City’s Trump Plaza has already been inked.
