Billionaire casino mogul Sheldon Adelson is scheduled to meet Friday with Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis about a possible move of the football team to Las Vegas. Adelson, the chairman of Las Vegas Sands Corp. and one of the world’s richest men, wants to build a $1 billion stadium in Las Vegas that would be home to University of Nevada sporting events, concerts and possibly a professional football team, according to his spokesman Ron Reese. NFL Player Files Lawsuit Against FanDuel

In recent Daily Fantasy Sports news, Washington Redskins receiver Pieere Garcon has filed a class-action lawsuit against DFS operator FanDuel for profiting off his representation and name without giving permission. Garcon filed his lawsuit on Friday in a Maryland Federal Court and is seeking compensation. FanDuel is accused of repeatedly using Pieere Garcon’s name and representation to benefit themselves, or their operations with numerous TV advertisements and on its website. Daily fantasy sports operator DraftKings has further strengthened its presence in the NFL American football league by securing sponsorship deals with 12 more teams in the competition. The Minnesota Vikings is so far the only franchise to have confirmed itself as one of the 12 teams to be covered by the deal, with the identity of other teams yet to be revealed. Daily fantasy sports operator DraftKings has moved to enhance its presence in the US professional sports market by entering into partnerships with three more teams in the NFL American football league. The company has signed multi-year agreements with the Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs.
