Pennsylvania Casinos Fined Over $65,000

Four Pennsylvania casinos have been fined for a variety of violations, this according to the state’s Gaming Control Board. The fines were approved late last week. The Mohegan Sun Pocono Casino received a fine of $10,000 for failures in self-exclusion, and the Rivers Casino Pittsburgh was fined $7,500 for using revoked software on some slot machines. The more serious incidents at Pennsylvania casinos were at the Hollywood, who’s owner was fined $40,000 for over serving of alcohol. Pennsylvania Casinos at 100% Capacity by June

Hold on to your seats, boys and girls! Governor Tom Wolf has announced that Pennsylvania casinos will be operating at full capacity beginning over the upcoming Memorial Day holiday! Most Coronavirus restrictions at casinos in the state will be removed in time for residents to enjoy the long weekend. The one exception will be that wearing a mask is still required. Three Pennsylvania Casinos Approved for Online Gambling

Last month ended with nine Pennsylvania casinos applying for interactive gaming licenses. At this morning’s meeting of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board three of them were approved to offer interactive gaming. All three will be able to offer online poker. Most significant of these has got to be the Mount Airy Resort Casino which announced a partnership with PokerStars this week. Mt Airy also has a deal with 888 which dates back to 2015.
