The Gaming Control Board met last week and approved proposed Pennsylvania sports betting regulations, but they won’t be up and running by the September start of the National Football League season. Pennsylvania introduced laws for sports betting under bill HB 271 around 10 months ago, but is yet to pass general regulations in the wake of the Supreme Court’s ruling on PASPA.
