888 Interested in William Hill’s Non-US Holdings

UPDATE: 9th September, 2021 – In a press release, Caesars has announced an agreement with 888 Holdings to sell it’s the non-US assets of William Hill for $3 billion. After their payment on existing debt, Caesars should net about $1.2 billion. It wasn’t too long ago that William Hill’s American holdings were purchased by Caesars Entertainment.
