Justice Department Still Planning Wire Act Enforcement 

The Department of Justice lost their case against New Hampshire. A case which centered around their misguided decision to enforce their “opinion” on the Federal Wire Act. An opinion which one judge has already said is not correct. But apparently, that doesn’t mean they don’t have plans for Wire Act enforcement. One would think that the highest law enforcement agency in the country would respect the decision of a federal judge, but that doesn’t seem to be the route the DoJ is taking.
