Earnings from the regulated US sports betting market could be over $3 billion for 2021. This according to a report from VIXIO Gambling Compliance. The same report estimates that up to 14 additional states regulating the activity this year, and that the market could generate over $10 billion by 2026. In the face of the Coronavirus, Pennsylvania online gambling and betting on sports set new records! Despite that bit of good news, however, overall income from gaming was down for the state year-on-year due to the pandemic. Louisiana Fantasy Sports Still Creeping Forward
It’s been over two years since Louisiana fantasy sports betting was approved. In the time since then, state lawmakers have set the tax rates and the regulatory process.
