Oregon Sports Betting Launch by September
State lottery officials have announced the Oregon sports betting launch for residents of legal age. They will be allowed to place bets by the time the NFL season kicks off in early September. Wagers will also be accepted on NBA, MLS, and MLB games, as well as NASCAR races. Geo-location services will be used to ensure Oregon Lottery Scoreboard play occurs within state boundaries and not on Tribal lands, complying with state regulations. Iowa Sports Betting Launch August 15th
Iowa sports betting will soon be live at 18 of Iowa’s 19 land based casinos, with at least 15 of them having mobile apps! The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission met Tuesday to approve a final set of rules and regulations for sports wagering and approve license applications made by state-regulated casinos. Governor Ricardo Rosselló signed on July 29 the Betting Committee Act , which means Puerto Rico legalizes sports betting, according to the official press release.
