Mike Postle has finally responded to the $10 million lawsuit brought against him and acknowledging receipt his summons. A few weeks ago it was reported that several attempts had been made by lawyer Mac Verstandig to serve Postle, but that seven attempts were not successful. Postle is accused of five separate charges in the civil case, including violation of RICO statutes, fraud and unjust enrichment. Regulators are now estimating that rules to regulate Michigan online gambling, sports betting and fantasy sports will take a year to develop. They are now targeted a 2021 completion date based on the time it took to develop other rule sets in the past, a spokeswoman for the Michigan Gaming Control Board said.
