Flutter Acquires FanDuel Stake for $4 Billion

Call it an investment in the American market as Flutter acquires FanDuel shares which give them over a 37% stake in the company. The minority shareholder’s stake cost them over $4.1 billion and lifts Flutter’s stake in FanDuel from 57% to 95%. 888 Sports Betting Slated for 3 More States in 2021

Three new agreements have been signed that will bring 888 sports betting to the states of Indiana, Iowa and Colorado in 2021. The Indiana operation will take place under an agreement with Caesars Entertainment at the Harrah’s Hoosier Park site, while in Iowa the license will be held by the Catfish Bend Casino. The Colorado brand will operate under the license of the Colorado Grande Casino.
