Just two months after the Department of Justice announced it was changing it’s opinion on the Wire Act, 15 states and the District of Columbia are set to join the DOJ online gambling lawsuit

Additionally, New Jersey is asking the court for a Declaratory Judgment that the Wire Act only applies to sports betting, not to online gambling or poker.
